Sign quotes can be obtained by either phone or email. Email is preferred as we then have a visual record of the information you provide. Quotes will only be given to customers who supply their full name, location and phone number.
Strata receives many emails. Our web Site contains a wealth of information regarding ordering your sign. Including your name and phone number in emails allow us to have a running record of conversations. Keep emails short and to the point, too many emails create confusion and cause mistakes. Emails will be responded to in the order they are received, usually within a few days.
Design work is not free, it is calculated as part of your confirmed order. A $75.00 design fee can be charged for requested designs for orders not fulfilled.The designs are copyrighted and are the property of Strata Sign Co. Customers wishing to use our designs using another sign maker will be charged $200.00 to waive copyright. One design and one revision will be submitted for approval after receiving the design. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour. Full color, comprehensive designs are usually submitted for approval from within a week to 10 days after the quote is given. If you are at all confused about the type of sign you desire, examine the various photos in the gallery section in this web site and make note of those you like, this will expedite the design process.

A 50% deposit is required for all sign orders, for orders less than $1,000. full payment is required Invoices and proposals are furnished upon request. In the rare event of order cancellation, deposits made are non-refundable covering time and material cost. Credit/debit card payments are accepted through PayPal with our authorized invoice
Discounts are available for multi-unit orders. The third and each additional unit qualifies for a 10% discount. This discount applies to the lowest priced items in the order. Discounts are also given double-sided signs of routed HDU. Two sided HDU signs are composed of two signs glued back-to-back. In this case, the reverse side of the sign receives a 20% reduction. Double sided sandblasted HDU or cedar signs require heavier stock allowing double sided signs to be positioned on one piece of stock.These are also quoted at 20% less for the reverse side.
Final payments must be made prior to shipment. Digital photos of your sign will be emailed to you before final payment is made to ensure that you are satisfied. If requested, a printable invoice in PDF format will be sent. When using a check for payment, the use of overnight mail, priority mail or FedEx Overnight for remittances will insure delivery and expedite delivery of your sign. Before shipment is made, you must provide the recipient's name and phone number, along with the correct shipping address. tracking numbers will be provided after shipment. Flat rate shipping is available for business to business customers only. For crated signs the charge of $98. is applied. Single order signs of 4' X 3' or smaller can be shipped for $50. via FedEx. On larger, crated items, residential deliveries will incur an extra charge of $50., for heavy crated signs that cannot be off-loaded manually, a truck with a lift gate is required for another $50. charge. These residential extra charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are urged to find a local business, or your installer that will accept your delivery to avoid these charges. Crating is free of charge. Foreign, or offshore orders will be shipped flat rate to nearest point of entry. Duties, tariffs and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
