Development signs are an important sales tool. New subdivision signs were needed by this Arkansas builder who wanted to project the quality of the homes offered to potential buyers.

Two development signs were produced in 2” thick HDU with fully reinforced cedar backs. The two community entrance signs were mounted to natural red cedar posts. Several coats of clear sealer were applied to the postwork to preserve the new cedar look.

The carved eagle in flight was chosen by the builder to emphasize the name of the development.

Freestanding development signs are easily installed by a local handyman or carpenter, usually taking about an hour. No hardware is required and full installation instructions are supplied.
