Private Property Sign

This new subdivision is carved out of the rugged, mountainous region of Northern Idaho. It is surrounded by a dense pine tree forest and is very secluded. Several dozen homes comprise this subdivision. For exclusivity, the smaller 5' X 3' unit was selected as the two lane road entry is off a main highway. The customer supplied the logo as incorporated into the design.

This highly visible yet smaller community signs such as this are ideal for use in smaller developments. This particular unit is free-standing and suspended between two 6X6 staggered cedar posts on either side of the sign. The use of the heavy posts makes for an impressive display.
