Estate Signs

Two of these were produced for a mixed housing development located outside of Kingston Jamaica. HDU was used for its ability to withstand the hot and humid conditions found throughout this tropical region. The development contains single family homes and townhomes. The site was formerly a large family estate which was demolished. Two 6 foot wide stone gate columns on either side of a wide driveway gate provided the mounting points for the two signs. These columns were all that remained of the original estate.

The lion head motif for the carving was suggested by the client. The final design for the sign was to be used in promotional material for the development as a corporate logo. Several formats of logo were supplied to customer for both print and TV advertising.
