Parts of two designs submitted resulted in the final choice for this sign. The 7' X 3' size is very popular and economical for small to midsize developments. The various styled tree carvings are also a favorite motif for subdivisions.

The unit was suspended between two 6X6 cedar posts with finials. Backing boards affixed to the back of sign allowed for extra reinforcement of the sign panel. The backing boards were extended beyond each side to provide fixing points to the supporting posts.
