Residential Signage

Another repeat commission from an Upscale developer of single family homes, condominiums and rental properties. Clover Field is a South Carolina suburban development consisting of homes on one acre plots. The site is located adjacent to a forest preserve. This entry sign is attached to a field stone monument. The use of monument signs for all of this company's entry signs is consistent with all of their projects.

Strata employs four finish coats of paint to all signs. Two prime coats assure good adhesion followed by two finish coats. In some instances, depending on the color, one or two additional finish coats may be applied to achieve even color throughout the sign. All painting is hand applied for a thicker film thereby greatly extending paint life.
