Produced for a 68 acre development in Tennessee near the Smokey Mountain National Park. designated as a mixed high-end retirement and family community with a resort atmosphere. The unobtrusive sign was encircled with an elaborate cedar lumber trellis at the entrance.

The natural beauty of the site was further enhanced by a large artificial waterfall built of large boulders positioned adjacent to the entry sign. Here again, a small sign can become an imposing site with the use of a proper setting.
