This South Florida sign is a component to a monument sign. Attached to a pre-existing cinder block and stuccoed construction. The resort is located on the shores of a fresh water lake near the ocean. Single family and multi unit rentals are interspersed into groves of palm trees.

The masonry monument was previously erected using local contractors utilizing cinder blocks covered with white stucco. This method of construction is very much in keeping with South Florida architecture and is quite inexpensive.
