Routed HDU Signs

This sign identifies the Housing Authority of the town of Iuka, Mississippi. It is a free standing sign installed at the front of the building's parking area. The Housing Authority governs the arm of local government concerned with issuing building codes and permits. The size was chosen for adequate visibility close to the building's frontage.

For smaller signs, 4X4 cedar posts are adequate. Signs at 5' X 3' or larger require single 6X6 cedar posts at each side. Signs at 7' X 3 and above can use two 6X6 conjoined cedar posts at each side, only the two inner posts are below ground level supporting the sign.
