Community Welcome Signs

Here is an example of a customer supplied design. An acrylic painting of the background scene was provided by the customer, Strata had to reinterpret the painting in a three layered carving. This involved a two week turn-around as the project had to be completed for the town fair that attracts many tourists in upstate New York. Along with the main entry sign, four smaller double sided direction signs were also produced.

All of the signs had to be installed on the weekend before the fair. We used expedited shipping in this case to meet the deadline. Customers are advised to keep graphic elements fairly simple when furnishing artwork, as some flexibility is needed to render flat artwork into a carved image.
