Replacement neighborhood entrance sign for a 10 home subdivision. Budgetary constraints and a small installation site dictated the design of this sign.

The customer indicated that the text in the name be as large as possible for high visibility in this small unit. The trick here was to select the proper type style in the name, with adequate space for the background so that the elements did not look crowded.

A smaller community sign like this can work well if not installed too far from the entryway. The deeply carved emblem and text further emphasized the name of this subdivision sign.

Strata recommended three 4"x4" stacked posts at each end with staggered beveled tops to add a little more substance to the installation. Metallic gold paint in the border and emblem added additional sparkle to the design. Additional red paint was supplied in the shipment to match the red background in the sign.
